ついに１０日目です！
どんどん難しい問題を出していきますが、めげずに頑張ってください！#毎日英作
出題意図
そろそろ環境問題の出題をしてもいい頃かなと思いました。
先日森林破壊についての問題も出題しましたが
それにも関係してきますね。
人類が直面している最も大きな課題と言えば間違いなく環境問題でしょう。
我々が過ごしているこの星そのものが破壊されうるかもしれないのです。
誰しもが真剣に考えるべきトピックでしょう。
Yesの立場なら
・再生可能エネルギーの開発
・環境に対する人類の意識の高まり
・ハイブリットカーや電気自動車などの登場
Noの立場なら
・再生可能エネルギーの欠点
・プラスチックなどへの依存
・世界各国協力の難しさ
などを挙げるといいと思います。
講評
難しいトピックだとは思いますが、これまで毎日英作に取り組んできた方はかなり力をつけてきたなというのが印象でした。
（その分採点は厳しくしましたが・・・）
やっぱりどちらの立場でも再生可能エネルギーには触れたいですね。
再生可能エネルギー、具体的に言うならば太陽光、水力、風力、地熱などがありますが、
それらを活用することは持続可能な社会を作り上げていく上で不可欠と言っていいでしょう。
しかしながら、再生可能エネルギーは多くの問題をはらんでいるのもまた事実です。
例えば風力発電は、町１つに必要な電気を供給するのに
その町より大きなスペースを必要とすると言われています。
設置コストなども大きな問題です。
また、「世界各国の協力」も大きなポイントでしょう。
例えば日本だけが化石燃料の使用をやめたところで無意味ですよね。
全世界すべての国が協力して行かなければなりません。
こうした中、大幅なCO2排出削減の目標を掲げたパリ協定から、アメリカが離脱を発表したのはとても悲しいことです。
世界で中国に次いで CO2を排出しているアメリカが脱退しては本末転倒ですね・・・。
たまには僕も書きましょうか。
I personally believe that we can stop using fossil fuels as long as every nation cooperates with each other.
First of all, renewable energy has been so developed that we can replace fossil fuels by it to a certain degree. For example, water power is already used as a main energy source in some countries such as Norway. Even though renewable energy has some defects, I strongly believe it has potential to be used instead of fossil fuel.
Therefore, what we have to do is coorperate with each other in reducing the use of fossil fuel. These days, however, more and more countries give priority to thie own countries' benefits. They may use a large amount of fossil fuel without considering the effect to the environment. In order to change this bad trend, we have to realize that we all are a member of the world and get more connected to tackle with this huge problem.
With the great technology of renewable energy and our cooperation, it could be possible to stop the use of fossil fuel, which leads to the sustainable world.
